Three things we love about New York City:
- New York is an amazing and HUGE city but despite that, New York City is considered as the number one most walkable city in the USA
- If you love Food Travels as we do, the Big Apple is a fantastic Foodie Destination with world-class food
- In the City that never sleeps, you can always find something to do, places to go, great stays, and restaurants where you can eat
Another amazing fact before you go. Do you know who Peter Minuit was? Didn't thought so.
Peter Minuit was an early colonist of what became the USA, a Walloon, and the 3rd Director of New Netherlands that bought an island from the Lenape Native Americans. It was a bargain for only "60 Guilders" which amounts to about $1,143 of today's value.
Today that island is called Manhattan.
Safe travels, stay awesome!
